Sometimes problems won’t be resolved in one night and it is better to speak abou them when you are both calm and rested rather than when angry, cranky and tired. Over night the way one feels about somethings may change. Taking the time to think about things and calm down can sometimes help us see solutions outside the box that will resolve the problem.
I always hear don’t go to bed angry! I STRONGLY believe in that advice for 1 REASON ALONE: God forbid your spouse doesn’t wake up the next morning, you would never forgive yourself for the rest of your life especially not if your last exchanged words were hurtful.
